By downloading or using PuntuQuest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to everyone who plays PuntuQuest, on any supported device.

PuntuQuest does not require an account to play. Your progress is stored on your device.

If we offer optional accounts in the future, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

We ask that you use PuntuQuest the way it was intended: as a game. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its content.
• Use automated tools to manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboards.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve the game.

You are responsible for anything you submit, and you agree it will not be unlawful or infringe the rights of others.

PuntuQuest, including its riddles, explanations, artwork, and wordmark, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own enjoyment. We do not grant any other rights.

PuntuQuest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the game will always be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using PuntuQuest at any time by deleting the app.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PuntuQuest operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms as the game evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note the change in the app.

Continued use of PuntuQuest after an update means you accept the revised terms.
